Jan - April		£22.50 - £27.50 per person per night

May - August		£25.00 - £30.00 per person per night

Sept - Dec		£22.50 - £30.00 per person per night

Please note:

Easter and all Bank Holidays priced at £35 per person per night, minimum stay 3 nights.

If you require any wine, chocolates or flowers for that special occasion, we will be more than happy to arrange them for you, tell us when you book.

Cancellation policy:

A non refundable deposit is required to secure your room if you have to cancel within 7 days we will charge for the first nights stay.

If you cancel within 24hrs of arrival or during your stay you will be charged for the whole stay.
